Your role stands at the center of the fight to change the odds for low-income children and families. As a key member of Stand’s leadership at a moment of tremendous need and opportunity, you will lead and support the organization’s efforts across multiple states and in key urban school districts to implement the U Chicago Network for College Success’ evidence-based Freshman Success Framework.
As someone motivated by results and impact, you will have the opportunity to work with colleagues who not only care deeply about justice and equity, but who are bold and strategic and take responsibility for achieving substantial progress toward greater justice and equity every year, everywhere we work. Through your innovative and strategic leadership, you will help take Stand’s impact to new heights by developing the internal capacity to ensure high quality implementation of the proven Freshman Success Framework in a range of high schools to lift graduation rates statewide in multiple states and in several key urban school districts in the next few years.
